नोखा में वेयरहाऊस की कमी।
नोखा में समर्थन मूल्य पर हो रही मूंग व मूगंफली खरीद प्रकिया का 27 अक्टुबर 2017 को निरीक्षण कर किसानों को दिये आश्वासन के अनुसार आज 127 किसानों की मूगंफली व मंूग तोलने की सूची चस्पा हुई जिसमें से 90 से ज्यादा किसानों ने अपनी पैदावार यहंा तुलवाई। अच्छी बात है कि नोखा में एक दिन में 127 किसानों से व डंूगरगढ में 155 किसानों से खरीद के लिए सूची चस्पा हुई परन्तु जिस अनुपात में किसानों की मूगंफली व मूंग मगंवाया उस अनुपात में स्टोरेज व क्वालिटी सर्वेयर की व्यवस्था नही करवाई और समस्याएं खड़ी हो गई।
नोखा खरीद केन्द्र पर 10 गाड़िया मूगंफली से भरी खड़ी है और पूरी चैकियां पर बोरियों के ढेर लगे हुए है। अगर कल तक ये गाड़ियां खाली नहीं हुई और यहंा से बोरियां नही उठाई गई तो आगे काम रूक जायेगा। अतः राजफेड को तुंरत भंडारण की व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए।
किसानों का उत्पाद तौलने के लिए कांटो व मजदूरों की संख्या बढानी जरूरी है अभी तक मात्र 15 ही कांटे चल रहे है और पिड़ भरे पड़े है।
किसानों की मूगंफली व मूंग की गुणवता जांचने के लिए मात्र एक ही सर्वेयर है अतः बहुत ही जरूरी है कि किसानों की संख्या बढाने के साथ-साथ भण्डारण, सर्वेयर, कांटे बढाये जाये।
अभी यही स्थिति बीकानेर, डंूगरगढ की है और नापासर का खरीद केन्द्र आज भी शुरू नही हो पाया जबकि राजफेड की प्रबन्ध निदेशक श्रीमती वीणा प्रधान ने 1 नवंबर से नापासर खरीद शुरू करने का वादा किया था। कल बीकानेर के सासंद व माननीय केन्द्रीय राज्य मं़त्री अर्जुनराम मेगवाल ने भी डंूगरगढ में किसानों को व्यवस्था सुधार करने व सारी मूगंफली खरीद करने का आश्वासन दिया था जिसका असर तो दिखा आज नोखा व डंूगरगढ में सख्ंया दुगुनी हो गई परन्तु बाकी व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार जरूरी है।
मुझे लगता है किसानों को मिलकर अपना हक मांगने के लिए तैयारी करनी चाहिए सरकार को जिस तरीके से समस्या समझ आये वो ही तरीका अपनाना चाहिए। अगले सोमवार तक इंतजार करो परन्तु मिलकर आवाज उठाने की तैयारी भी करनी है।
