To organize the marginalized rural communities and facilitate their active participation in
the process of their own development. To equip rural people with skills so that they can access
and benefit from the government and other peoples` development schemes. In so doing,
women and children will be our special focus.

We envision a democratic, developed and just rural society where people,
irrespective of caste, class, gender or religion, have equal access to state and social resources.
