नोखा में समर्थन मूल्य पर मंूगफली व मंूग खरीद प्रकिया में सुधार करवाने हेतू ज्ञापन देकर चर्चा करते हुए किसान प्रतिनिधि
आज नोखा में समर्थन मूल्य पर हो रही मंूग व मंूगफली खरीद प्रकिया का निरीक्षण करने स्वयं राजफेड की प्रबन्ध निदेशक पहंुची। किसानो ने उनको प्रकिया सुधार बाबत ज्ञापन दिया और समाधान करवाने का आग्रह किया। किसानों की तरफ चेतनराम गोदारा, हजारीराम थावरिया, भंवरलाल साजनवासी, गणपतराम माडिया, खेमाराम सिनियाला आदि 100 से ज्यादा लोग थे। ज्ञापन में की गई मांगो पर विस्तार से बात करते हुए निम्न समाधान करने निर्देश जिला कलेक्टर व सहकारी समिति के अधिकारियो को दिये।
- श्रीमती वीणा प्रधान ने एक बार में 25 क्ंिव खरीद की सीमा वाली मांग को लेकर कहा कि हमने भारत सरकार को लिख दिया वहंा से निर्देश मिलने तक हम कुछ नही कर सकते।
- उन्होने कहा कि जिन किसानों की पहली बार मंूगफली तुलवाई हो चुकी है बाकी बची हुई मंूगफली के लिए दुबारा टोकन स्वतः ही जारी करवा देगें किसान को केवल खरीद केन्द्र पर अपनी डिमान्ड बतानी है और खरीद केन्द्र पर एक रजिस्ट्रर आज से ही शुरू करवा दिया।
- टोकन मिलने के बाद वंचित रहे किसानों का बेकलोग इसी सप्ताह कांटे व लेबर बढाकर समाप्त कर दिया जायेगा।
- सोमवार से नोखा, डंूगरगढ व बीकानेर में कांटे बढाकर एक दिन कम से कम 120 किसानों की मंूगफली खरीद शुरू हो जायेगी। किसानों को मंुगफली खरीद होने के सात दिन में भुगतान का विष्वास दिलवाया और इसके लिए स्थानीय अधिकारियों को वेयरहाउस रिसिप्त रिर्पोट (व्येरहाऊस रिसिप्ट रिर्पोट) जल्दी भिजवाने के निर्देश दिये।
उन्होने किसी तरह तकनीकि समस्या होने पर जैसे टोकन में मूंग की जगह मंूगफली या दिनंाक आदि समस्या होने पर टोल फ्री नम्बर 18001806001 पर या फिर 0141-2740108 पर बात करने या फिर rajfed.opr@gmail.com पर मेल कर हल करवाने की बात कही।
उन्होने नापासर खरीद केन्द्र आज ही शुरू करवाने की व मूंगफली क्वालिटी चेक करने में कृषि पर्यव्यस्कों को लगाने के लिए जिला कलेक्टर बीकानेर को फोन पर निर्देश दिये।
किसानो ने नोखा से खरीद प्रकिया में सुधार व एक बार में खरीद करने में 25 क्विंटल की सीमा समाप्त कर गिरदावरी टोकन के अनुसार पूरीे मूंगफली खरीदने की मांग का ज्ञापन उपखण्ड अधिकारी नोखा के मार्फत मुख्यमन्त्री राजस्थान सरकार को दिया।
